Fear and Love: 'But its not always that clear'

AMATA's Sunday Sessions: Each Sunday I'd like to dedicate a song that is travelling around the frequency which i think can help the collective shift their energy. Music is frequency which has been proven to affect us on a positive or negative emotional scale. I believe due to the social conditioning music (depending on vibration) will help the collective heal their aura & emotional disturbance
Today's song: Fear and Love by Morcheeba
A song I love to sing and harmonise with my dad. I introduced him to this album to show him how I really felt over a season of low vibration. My dad could see where I was coming from especially in this song.
'Fear can stop you Loving, Love can stop your fear, but it's not always that clear'
When we go through times of shock and our nervous system is imbalanced, mental health, loss of expression and Ones self is always on the cards, due to the senses being meddled with. Through music, we can speak without using the energy that hurts us, in this we give ourselves and our nervous system time to process these emotions and to release them in a natural way, especially when our Home Bodies NEED this releasing.
This song used to make me cry from the pit of my stomach, in private, alone, processing the flashbacks and emotional pain, but over time and doing the spiritual work, holistically healing the One body system (Mind, Body & Soul) the low vibrational emotions shifted and I found myself in my heart space (unconditional love, authenticity, truth, kindness)
I had moved from Fear to Love.
With the beautiful vocals coming from Morcheeba's lead vocalist, Skye, the softness of the Drums & Bass, assisted by the Orchestra and guitars- this is a masterpiece that bring the late 90's to its knees. For this to later be needed as a song of therapy in the 2020's.
Music exists on a timeline/frequency so its possible to match the same energy- if it is high vibrational, keep listening as the shift will come through where you will find yourself moving from Fear to Love.
(I also couldn't recommend the whole album Big Calm start to finish)
